For this, we are looking for you: Construction Manager (m/f/d)

A personality who takes technical responsibility: understands new construction methods, evaluates them soundly, and implements them on the construction site – in new construction as well as in existing buildings, within a young, agile, and digitally working team.

Your Role:

• Technical responsibility for new construction and revitalization projects – from the first groundbreaking to handover

• Technical evaluation of new construction methods, systems, and technologies – from modular to serial construction

• Contribution to uniform technical standards (e.g., recurring floor plans, building components, and furnishings) that we implement at many locations

• Management of tendering and construction execution, including coordination of trades and subcontractors

• Technical examination of existing properties for structural feasibility – as a basis for project development

• Ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines on the construction site – in close coordination with project development

• Digital construction site: construction diary, defect and schedule management – paperless and data-based

• have sound experience in new construction and construction in existing buildings (renovation, refurbishment, revitalization)

• have experience with modular and serial construction or renovation – or want to actively bring this topic into projects

• appreciate digital solutions in construction and want to design construction processes to be more modern, efficient, and data-based

• can successfully bring projects to completion even in complex situations

• make decisions and take responsibility

• actively shape processes rather than just managing them

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as a Construction Manager in structural engineering – ideally in new construction and existing buildings / revitalization

• University degree or vocational training, e.g., as a Civil Engineer, Construction Technician, or Master Craftsman

• Experience with new constructions as well as complex renovations in existing buildings

• Technical understanding of modular, serial, and digital construction methods – and the ability to evaluate them soundly

• Experience with tendering, awarding, and billing (VOB)

• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action

• Strong communication skills in dealing with all project participants

• Existing network with architects, specialist planners, general contractors, and authorities is an advantage

• Enthusiasm for the topic of living and aging

• Willingness to work at our main locations: Münster and surrounding area (approx. 50 km) as well as Düsseldorf and surrounding area (approx. 100 km)
