rauschenberg ingenieure gmbh has been a visionary engineering office with three locations in Burghaun near Fulda, Hagen-Hohenlimburg, and Mechernich-Kommern since 1994. With around 70 motivated employees, we implement projects for state and private clients in technical building equipment, take over the general planning or set new standards as an architectural office.

Tasks

• You keep all construction participants up to date on the respective project phases.
• You monitor the work on site in collaboration with the engineers.
• You monitor all deadlines and the budget set.
• You coordinate the work of subcontractors and are responsible for a smooth or successful acceptance of the HLKS services.
• You actively contribute to continuous quality improvement or quality assurance.

Qualification

• You have a degree in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation (HLKS) or supply technology.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in project management.
• You already have a solid experience portfolio in the HLKS area.
• You don't think in problems, but in solutions.
• You like to lead a team, can assert yourself, but also accept ideas from others.
• You solve tasks independently, solution-oriented and engaged.
