• Independent execution of construction projects in road and civil engineering, considering economic and technical objectives
• Construction process and construction site performance control
• Personnel, equipment, and material scheduling
• Creation and maintenance of bid and work calculations
• Claim preparation and negotiation

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University) or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of MS Office and proficient use of billing and calculation software (ideally RIB iTWO)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as an independent, committed, and responsible way of working
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills
