Responsibilities
- Independent planning, control, and billing of construction projects
- Work preparation, execution planning, and preparation of quantity surveys
- Management, deployment planning, and supervision of own personnel and subcontractors
- Material and equipment procurement, including monitoring of delivery processes
- Participation in site meetings and negotiations with clients
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations
- Close coordination with branch management on technical and organizational issues
- Contribution to the further development of our machine technology
Profile
- Completed technical or commercial training (e.g., technician, civil engineer, Bachelor/Master) or many years of experience in road construction
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident demeanor
- Experience with MS Office, willingness to learn ELO and calculation software
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
- Driver's license class B
