• Site Management: You will be responsible for the execution of building construction projects, taking into account deadlines, quality, and costs.
• Coordination: You will manage and coordinate all involved trades, subcontractors, and service providers and act as the interface between foremen and project management.
• Construction Site Supervision: Monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and guarantee quality execution.
• Reporting: Create project reports and documentation for internal and external project stakeholders.
• Holistic Thinking: You will combine planning understanding with implementation strength and manage projects from the design phase to final execution.

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in site management, ideally in building construction.
• Sound knowledge of construction and tendering law (VOB) as well as project management.
• You think entrepreneurially, communicate clearly, and drive projects forward with commitment and responsibility.
• You work independently, solution-orientedly, and value the team spirit on the construction site as well as in the office.
