• Organization and coordination of construction projects in the field of overhead lines in local and long-distance transport, taking into account technical and economic requirements
• Responsibility for the efficient operation of construction activities while adhering to defined quality standards
• Planning and organization of the cost-optimal and punctual deployment of assembly personnel, materials, equipment, and machinery
• Professional leadership of employees
• Independent adherence to and enforcement of all legal and safety regulations associated with construction projects
• Ongoing monitoring of deadlines and costs through target/actual comparisons
• Preparation of the basis for invoicing construction projects as well as their documentation
• Preparation of change order proposals and processing of change orders
• Minutes of construction and coordination meetings

• Completed studies (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification, e.g., as a technician
• Knowledge of construction project management, construction law, and economic interrelationships are advantageous
• Leadership competence as well as strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are desirable
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience in overhead line construction or railway infrastructure construction is advantageous, but not a prerequisite
• Track suitability and willingness to work on railway facilities
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B)
• Independent, structured, and dedicated way of working
• High resilience, quick comprehension, and flexibility
