Project Manager (m/w/d)

The Hanse Verwaltung GmbH & Co. KG, a small but committed company in the real estate industry, is looking for an experienced project manager to strengthen our team on a full-time basis. With its headquarters in Sereetz and a team of 1-10 employees, we offer tailored solutions in the field of property management. As a project manager at our company, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects and apartment renovations to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with other experts to ensure the highest quality standards. Your contribution is crucial to the success of our projects and customer satisfaction. Tasks

• Monitoring and coordination of construction projects and renovations to ensure timely and high-quality completion
• Communication and coordination with architects, engineers, and other experts to solve technical problems
• Control and maintenance of safety standards on the construction site
• Creation and supervision of project plans as well as cost control
• Leading and motivating construction workers on-site to optimize work processes

Qualification

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management or construction supervision
• Experience in leading construction projects in the real estate sector
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Knowledge of relevant software applications such as AutoCAD and MS Project
