Project Manager: Mechanical Engineering

In the name of the WITRON Group – a leading international general contractor for highly automated logistics and intralogistics systems – ManpowerGroup Germany is looking for an experienced project manager (m/w/d) in the mechanical engineering department to responsibly manage complex industrial projects from assembly to commissioning. You will be responsible for steering large-scale projects, providing technical and organizational guidance, and setting the pace. As a central interface, you will act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all project goals are met. Your tasks will include: • Project planning and coordination with clients and internal teams; • Development of detailed project plans and schedules; • Management of project budgets and financial reporting; • Coordination of logistics and supply chain processes; • Quality control and assurance; • Risk management and mitigation; • Communication with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry; • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
