Our client is one of the market leaders in the field of security technology and has been multiple times recognized as the best employer in Germany. In the customer order, we are looking for an experienced project manager infrastructure security technology (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Self-contained leadership and coordination of complex projects in the field of security and infrastructure technology
• Professional guidance and efficient control of assembly teams, service technicians, and external service providers
• Responsibility for the timely, quality, and budgetary implementation of demanding technical measures
• Planning, organization, and optimization of work processes in close coordination with internal and external project participants
• Necessary material disposition and coordination of delivery chains and installation processes
• Safeguarding compliance with occupational health and safety, security, and documentation requirements at the operational level
• Planning and control of technical activities in demanding industrial operating environments
• Techincal accompaniment of installations, commissionings, and acceptance processes for modern security solutions

Qualification

• Technical education, for example as a technician, master or in a comparable technical field
• Multiple years of experience in the management and implementation of technical projects and coordination of assembly and execution teams
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and coordinating internal specialists and external service providers
• Fundamental knowledge of organizing complex work processes, as well as areas such as occupational health and safety, quality assurance, and project documentation
• Experience in planning, preparing, and implementing technical measures under consideration of operational and security-relevant requirements
• Practical experience in realizing infrastructure and construction projects indoors and outdoors, including foundation, cable, and installation activities
• Technical understanding for modern security, communication or network solutions advantageous
• Structured, self-contained, and result-oriented work style with high problem-solving competence
• Professional and sovereign demeanor towards clients, project partners, and interdisciplinary teams
• Vocabulary skills in German language (written and spoken)
• Travel readiness as well as valid driver's license of class B
