Project Manager/ess in the Field of Modernization

We are looking for a Project Manager/ess who will be responsible for managing projects in the field of modernization. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry. He/she should also have knowledge of building regulations, construction law, and relevant technical standards. In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong organizational and leadership abilities. The Project Manager/ess will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling projects in accordance with the company's quality and safety guidelines. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that all project-related tasks are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate should have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in project management.
