As a Site Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the overall management of an asphalt construction site, including planning, organization, and control of all activities. Your tasks will include: • Planning and coordination of the construction process; • Management of the site team; • Coordination with other departments; • Monitoring and controlling of costs; • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental protection measures; • Identifying and resolving potential problems; • Maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
