As a Project Manager/Leader in High-Rise Construction, you are responsible for leading and coordinating complex new construction projects in the residential sector. - Your tasks include drafting, awarding, and managing new construction projects as well as occasionally renovation and replacement projects. - You take over project leadership and are responsible for coordinating with planners, contractors, and internal marketing. - Throughout the entire project, you advise and support clients. - Additionally, you are responsible for cost and quality management and accompany planning and construction processes. - You work closely with the management team and have the opportunity to actively shape. - Your involvement in land acquisition and project development is also requested.
