Project Manager/Leader in High-Rise Construction Projects with Developmental Perspective and Leadership Function

As a Project Manager/Leader in High-Rise Construction, you are responsible for leading and coordinating complex new construction projects in the residential sector. - Your tasks include drafting, awarding, and managing new construction projects as well as occasionally renovation and replacement projects. - You take over project leadership and are responsible for coordinating with planners, contractors, and internal marketing. - Throughout the entire project, you advise and support clients. - Additionally, you are responsible for cost and quality management and accompany planning and construction processes. - You work closely with the management team and have the opportunity to actively shape. - Your involvement in land acquisition and project development is also requested. We expect: - You bring a training or education in the field of construction management (e.g. IBZ, HFP, CAS FH or comparable) and have several years of experience in managing residential construction projects. - Very good computer skills (MS Office, Messerli etc.) are self-evident for you. - You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented. - Your high social competence, team spirit, and resilience distinguish you. - Additionally, you think economically and entrepreneurially and have an interest in ecologically and economically sustainable construction projects. - You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking and have experience in leading planners, contractors, and internal teams.
