• Surveillance and control of construction execution on site
• Coordination of various trades and ensuring a smooth construction process
• Quality control and ensuring compliance with building regulations
• Alignment with architects, engineers, and other project participants
• Preparation and maintenance of construction schedules and reports

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or architecture
• Alternative qualification such as e.g. carpenter, joiner, vocational training
• Professional experience in site management for high-rise construction projects
• Knowledge of building regulations and guidelines
• Outstanding communication and team skills
• Class B driver's license
