Hochbauplan GmbH is an independent construction management firm in the heart of Zurich. We manage demanding renovations, refurbishments, and new constructions for public and private clients – from the initial cost estimate to warranty acceptance.
With us, you will take on responsibility and actively shape decisions.
Your Responsibilities
You will independently manage demanding building construction projects across all SIA phases.
This includes, in particular:
Independent construction management from tender to warranty acceptance
Coordination of contractors, specialist planners, authorities, and clients
Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines, and occupational safety
Preparation of tenders and participation in contractor awards
Cost control, measurement verification, and change order management
Organization and leadership of construction meetings, including minute-taking
Contact person for all project participants
What You Bring
Certified Construction Manager HF or Technician HF Building Construction (or comparable qualification)
At least two years of experience in construction management
Sound knowledge of SIA phases
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
You communicate openly, act solution-oriented, and actively contribute to shared project success.
Enjoyment of contact with clients, planners, and contractors
Organizational skills, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
