For the General Contractor's Office Vorarlberg in the area of Building in Existing Structures, we are looking for a site manager:in to independently manage projects in Bregenz.
Your tasks
* Ongoing control, coordination, supervision, and follow-up on construction sites or projects
* Tendering, awarding, supervising, accounting/settling of subcontractor and professional services
* Customer care and support for all project partners (neighbors, authorities, subcontractors, etc.)
Your profile
* Completed technical training (building engineers, HTL graduates, building technicians, poliers with completed building apprenticeship, etc.)
* Several years of experience in construction management
* Willingness to take on responsibility and stress tolerance
* Customer- and solution-oriented thinking and communication
* Assertiveness, flexibility, and team spirit
