Your Responsibilities
Coordinating and realizing diverse construction projects in collaboration with clients, architects, planners, and authorities
Defining services, reviewing contractor offers, and conducting contract negotiations
Ensuring and controlling agreed-upon deadlines, quality, and costs
Supervising execution on the construction site (including occupational safety)
Your Profile
Practical professional experience in construction management
Further education as a certified Construction Manager or HF Technician
Independent, responsible, and precise way of working
Good communication skills
