As a site manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction sites, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Your tasks will include: • Planning and coordination of construction sites • Supervision of construction workers and subcontractors • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards • Monitoring and controlling project progress • Identifying and resolving potential problems • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution • Developing and implementing strategies for improving project efficiency and quality • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills • Participating in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships • Supporting the company's growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities • Collaborating with other site managers to share best practices and improve overall performance • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders We are looking for a motivated and experienced site manager who is passionate about civil engineering and construction.
