Construction Manager Building Services / Technical Building Equipment (m/f/d)

Your tasks / perspectives:

• Independent management of our TGA projects from performance phase 6 to the completion of performance phase 8, with a clear focus on site supervision in LP 8.

• Preparation and participation in the tendering and awarding of construction services

• Review and evaluation of bids and support in award discussions

• Construction management and site supervision in the area of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and technical building equipment

• Supervision of proper execution based on planning, specifications, and technical requirements

• Coordination and agreement with executing companies, clients, architects, and other project participants

• Monitoring and control of quality, costs, and deadlines

• Checking of measurements, change orders, and invoices from the executing companies

• Conducting and documenting site meetings and following up on agreed measures

• Accompanying acceptances, commissioning, and functional tests of the technical systems

• Identification, documentation, and follow-up of defects until their rectification

• Support with cost determination and project documentation upon completion of the construction measure

• Independent project controlling and forward-looking planning of required work capacities

• Independent work with support from our specialist planners, system planners, and the back office

Your profile:

• Completed degree in Technical Building Equipment / TGA, completed training as a state-certified technician HLS, master craftsman, or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in construction management or site supervision in the area of Technical Building Equipment desirable

• Good knowledge of the technical trades heating, ventilation, and sanitary

• Knowledge of building automation and sprinkler systems advantageous

• Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), especially in connection with tendering, awarding, and site supervision

• Proficient in handling specifications, measurements, change orders, and invoice checks

• Proficient in IT and standard office software

• Knowledge of ORCA AVA, Trimble Nova, and Microsoft Office is advantageous

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• Sense of responsibility and confident demeanor on the construction site

• Communication and assertiveness skills, as well as enjoyment of collaboration with various project participants

• Willingness to undertake project-related business trips (company car provided)
