Construction Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Within a construction management team, you are the specialist for the Building Services Engineering of our technically demanding construction projects
• You coordinate the foremen and subcontractors deployed on construction sites and report directly to project management
• You ensure the quality, on-time, and cost-effective execution of all work in your building services engineering trades on the construction site
• You document the processes on the construction site, thus supporting your project manager with all important information for professional construction site controlling

Profile

• You have successfully completed training as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d) and/or completed engineering studies with a focus on Building Services Engineering
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the construction management of Building Services Engineering for building construction projects
• You are resilient, assertive, and demonstrate your communication skills in both negotiation and conflict situations
• You are characterized by excellent organizational skills and an independent way of working
