Construction Manager - Technical Building Equipment / Installation Planning (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the independent planning and execution of installation projects in energy and building technology, from the creation of measurements to final commissioning.
• You will take on the technical leadership as well as the schedule and resource planning for your installation team directly on the construction site.
• As the central point of contact, you will coordinate processes with customers, suppliers, and other trades and lead site meetings.
• You will ensure the high-quality execution of all installation work, from the installation of cable trays to the installation of switchgear and lighting fixtures.
• You will carry out the commissioning of low and medium-voltage systems and create the corresponding technical documentation.

Profile

• You have completed further training as a master craftsman (Meister:in) or technician (Techniker:in) in the field of energy and building technology, building services engineering, or a comparable specialization.
• You have several years of professional experience in construction management or project execution, ideally in the technical building equipment (TGA) sector.
• Your technical knowledge in electrical engineering as well as in the installation and commissioning of systems is profound.
• With your organizational talent and strong communication skills, you can maintain an overview even in complex construction phases and lead your team confidently.
• You communicate confidently in German (C1 level) to ensure smooth exchange with all project participants.
