Construction Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d) – Full-time | Munich | Home office option

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Construction Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• As a Construction Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the construction and site supervision of building services systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitation, refrigeration, and measurement and control technology (MSR)
• Furthermore, you will coordinate executing companies and monitor compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and costs
• In addition, you will create performance specifications and tender documents and support the awarding of building services construction contracts
• You will also review offers, measurements, change orders, and invoices, and liaise with clients, architects, and specialist planners
• You will accompany acceptances and commissioning, track defects, and document construction progress

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy Technology, or Building Technology, or alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in heating, ventilation, or air conditioning technology
• You have several years of project experience as a Construction Manager (m/f/d), Specialist Construction Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d), or Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)
• You possess sound knowledge in construction supervision and building services engineering
• In addition, you are proficient in AutoCAD and common IT applications, have very good German language skills, and a Class B driver's license
• Independence, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor towards clients and business partners are important
