• You will take on the independent management and organization of our construction sites, skillfully coordinating our construction projects
• Your task is to create, calculate, and optimize offers, while you plan orders economically and market-oriented
• You will take care of the creation and billing of measurements and ensure quality and proper execution
• You are responsible for planning and coordinating material, personnel, and equipment deployment, while acting as a contact person for customers, clients, and subcontractors
• Your trained eye will ensure the monitoring of deadlines, costs, and projects, contributing to the continuous optimization of our workflows
• You will manage construction measures, lead personnel, and learn cost-conscious project management
• Acquiring projects is also part of your field of activity, as is conducting quality controls

• Ideally, you have a completed master craftsman's certificate in the road construction trade and several years of experience in construction site management
• Your experience in construction site management and personnel leadership is an important part of your qualifications
• You feel confident and competent in dealing with measurements, calculations, and construction site organization
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you
• Your appearance towards customers and business partners is always confident and professional
• A Class B driver's license is a matter of course for you, and a truck driver's license would be advantageous
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, and experience with industry software would be beneficial
