Our site managers ensure that planning and reality align on the construction site. They coordinate participants, pragmatically solve problems, and ensure that facilities are safe, clean, and ready for operation within a certain timeframe.

Aufgaben

Your role

As Site Manager Batteriespeicher & Netzanschluss (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the technical implementation of our projects on site. You are the link between planning, project management, subcontractors, and network operators.

You recognize problems before they become critical, make independent decisions on the construction site, and ensure that a facility stands at the end that can be switched on by the network operator without delay.

Your tasks

• Read and evaluate technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and route plans
• Preliminary site surveys of existing facilities and electrical infrastructure
• Evaluation of execution and connection possibilities directly on the construction site
• Verification of the feasibility of the current plan status against reality on site
• Coordination of subcontractors, service providers, and customers on the construction site
• Organization of the construction site setup on a project basis
• Support for project leadership in scheduling and coordination of construction progress
• Regular creation of construction progress reports to the project team
• Conducting quality control and on-site acceptance tests
• Accompanying safety inspections, network operator meetings, and commissioning

Qualification

Your profile

• Fundamental electrical background from training, further education (technician, master), study or long-term practical experience
• Experience in accompanying construction projects, ideally as site manager, foreman, or in a comparable role
• Safe appearance towards subcontractors and customers – the right mix of clear direction and cooperative style
• Able to make pragmatic decisions on the construction site and escalate risks correctly
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
• Will to travel within Germany

We very much welcome

• Experience with renewable energy systems, ideally battery storage
• Knowledge of network connection or medium-voltage range
• English language skills at B1 level or higher
• Possibility to regularly spend time in our Munich office
