Job description
Your Responsibilities
As a construction manager in the SHK and TGA sectors, you will manage and oversee the smooth execution of our projects directly on-site in Ingolstadt. You will coordinate the trades involved, keep a close eye on deadlines and budgets, and ensure professional installation. You will be the central point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and installation personnel, and will be responsible for measurements and construction documentation.
Your Profile
You have successfully completed training or further education in Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology (SHK) or Technical Building Equipment (TGA), ideally supplemented by several years of professional experience in construction management. A confident demeanor in dealing with customers and project participants, as well as assertiveness, characterize you. You also possess a Class B driver's license.

Compensation
We offer an attractive annual salary in the range of EUR 52,000–69,500.
Your First Months at Wagenpfeil GmbH
In the first few weeks, you will intensively familiarize yourself with our internal processes and gradually take over the supervision of your first own construction sites in Ingolstadt. You will get to know our team of qualified specialists and will already be independently managing initial installation processes. Even if you do not meet all the requirements 100 percent, we still look forward to your application.
