Construction Manager / Process Owner Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

To ensure that the various technical trades work together optimally, we are looking for a Construction Manager / Process Owner for Electrical Engineering (m/f/d).
You will accompany our projects in technical elaboration as well as during execution and commissioning, ensuring that the electrical engineering systems are professionally planned and implemented.
Tasks
Process Responsibility and Planning
- Technical elaboration of projects in the field of electrical engineering based on preliminary and concept planning
- Review and coordination of interdisciplinary planning documents as well as technical interfaces
- Preparation and participation in tenders and execution documents
- Coordination of technical interfaces with project management and specialist departments
- Coordination of electrical engineering planning with internal and external project participants
Construction Management and Commissioning
- Execution and construction management of projects in performance phase 8
- Participation in regular meetings and construction meetings as well as monitoring of execution progress
- Review and approval of assembly and execution plans
- Coordination of executing companies and interdisciplinary interfaces
- Monitoring of costs, quality, and deadlines
- Support of acceptances and commissioning of electrical engineering systems
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as a master craftsman or technician OR a degree in electrical engineering, electrical building technology, or a comparable field of study
- Ideally, professional experience in the planning and/or construction management of electrical engineering systems of KG 440 and KG 450
- Knowledge of relevant DIN, VDE, and VOB regulations as well as relevant technical standards
- Confident handling of wiring diagrams, installation plans, schematics, and other technical planning documents
- Experience with CAD is an advantage
- Good understanding of interdisciplinary interfaces between electrical, supply, and building automation technology
- Independent, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills in dealing with clients, specialist planners, and executing companies
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, at least C1 level
