Project Manager / Estimator (m/w/d)

Focus on High-Rise Construction & Renovation

We are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator (m/w/d) to strengthen our team, who combines the technical and organizational project management with economic estimation in the field of high-rise construction and renovation.

Tasks

Project Management / Implementation

• Self-responsible planning, control, and monitoring of high-rise construction and renovation projects
• Coordination of all trades involved in the building process as well as management of subcontractors
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of the project
• Maintenance of project execution under consideration of work safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Conducting construction meetings and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities
• Negotiation management including review, calculation, and negotiation of changes
• Ongoing cost control, Soll-Ist-comparisons, and project accounting

Estimation / Bid Preparation

• Analysis of tender documents and contract specifications in high-rise construction and existing buildings
• Preparation of performance schedules (LV) as well as bid and change order estimates
• Mass calculation and cost estimation for new construction and renovation measures
• Development of special and alternative proposals for technical and economic optimization
• Participation in tendering and contract negotiations
• Review and application of relevant VOB/B regulations

Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g. Building Technician, Master Builder)
• Multiple years of experience in project management and/or estimation in high-rise construction and renovation
• Good knowledge of working with existing buildings (renovation, modernization, maintenance)
• Safe handling of VOB/B as well as relevant technical regulations
• Experience in change order and cost management
• Structured, self-reliant, and economically oriented work style
• Communication skills, assertiveness, and team ability
