37-hour week, up to €79,000 annual salary, 30 vacation days (+ Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off), collective agreement special payments of approx. 1.5 monthly salaries, and a long-term secure job in the heart of Frankfurt – actively shape Frankfurt: technically, sustainably, and long-term
Whether residential areas, daycare centers, or complex renovation projects in existing buildings: Here you won't work on anonymous individual orders, but on construction projects that will sustainably shape Frankfurt's cityscape. In an HVAC department of around 70 employees, you will take responsibility from planning to implementation – embedded in clear structures, with realistic project workloads, and a work culture where quality takes precedence over speed. A central location, short distances, and a high degree of independence create an environment in which you can work effectively in your field.

Site Manager / HVAC Planner (m/f/d) | €65,000 – €79,000 (Collective Agreement, plus special payments)
Responsibilities
- You will develop design and execution plans in the HVAC sector with a focus on service phase 3
- You will concurrently manage approximately 10–15 projects in residential and existing building construction
- You will work on construction projects such as residential buildings, hall buildings, parking garages, and kindergartens
- You will conduct regular site inspections
- You will communicate with internal and external project stakeholders, e.g., electrical engineering, subcontractors, and tenants
- You will create cost calculations and prepare bills of quantities
- You will be responsible for site supervision, conduct acceptance procedures, and oversee final accounting
- You will manage projects in an engineering capacity according to HOAI (Service Phases 1–9)
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed training as a state-certified HVAC technician or have a comparable technical background
- You have professional experience in the housing industry, ideally in planning and/or site management
- You have initial experience with VOB and HOAI
- You are proficient in MS Office and an tendering software
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1)
- You possess a driver's license class B
