Site Manager or Paver in Road Construction (m/w/d)

Tasks: Coordination and organization of our asphalt paving projects; planning and implementation of construction sites; coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors; ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards; monitoring and controlling the progress of construction projects; ensuring the safety and well-being of employees on site; and maintaining a positive working atmosphere. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field; at least 3 years of professional experience in road construction or a similar field; excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel frequently; and a valid driver's license.
