• You are responsible for the organization and management of the site, coordinating ongoing projects until their successful completion
• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of employees, as well as needs-based personnel deployment planning and development
• Acquiring new customers and maintaining networks are part of your responsibilities – you confidently conduct negotiation and award discussions as well as renegotiations
• Monitoring and quality assurance of project processes are also part of your area, as is the optimization of processes and the management of contract awards to partner companies

• Completed apprenticeship in the electrical engineering field (e.g., Electronics Technician / Electrician m/f/d) with a master craftsman's or technician's degree, or a degree with a focus on electrical engineering / energy technology, or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience
• Management experience as a site manager is desirable
• In-depth knowledge of handling framework agreements in the medium and low voltage sectors
• Good understanding of economic key figures and business contexts in project business
