Wind Farm Construction Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

  • You are responsible for planning and coordinating the necessary trades for the infrastructure of a wind farm, such as foundation, foundation construction, road construction, cable routes (internal and external) and network connections.
  • You create performance schedules for all participating trades.
  • You accompany, coordinate, and control the tendering, awarding, billing, documentation, and acceptance of all participating trades.
  • You create and check plans and ensure the efficient and economical use of building materials and equipment.
  • You have independent leadership of construction sites on site and supervision of the trades.
  • You are responsible for occupational safety, quality, and order on the construction site.
  • You always keep an eye on the quality and progress of the work and document the work.
  • On-site control of construction site assembly.

Qualification

  • You are a certified polisher or technician (m/w/d), have a master's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering, or have a comparable education/study, such as an electrician (m/w/d), cable builder (m/w/d), or Bachelor (B.Eng.) in renewable energy engineering.
  • You already have extensive professional experience in civil engineering and road construction and have already accompanied first wind farm projects in construction coordination.
  • You have secure MS Office skills.
  • You bring knowledge of relevant regulations (DIN 18300, ZTV, RSA 21, VOB).
  • You have very good knowledge of German and at least a Class B driver's license.
  • We expect nationwide travel readiness (not on weekends).
