Taking responsibility and actively contributing to project success – that's your thing!

• You hold the reins: From coordinating all TGA trades to successfully implementing comprehensive building projects. Together with your team, you have the construction schedule and current numbers in sight and bring building projects to a successful and high-quality conclusion.
• Site coordination: You are the central point of contact on site – for customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, take over building acceptance and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Dokumentation: You ensure a complete and transparent project documentation, including daily reports, controlling lists, and protocols from construction meetings.

Qualification

Your profile: building leadership meets technical know-how

• Qualification: You have completed a degree in the field of electrical engineering, supply technology, technical building equipment (TGA), MSR technology, energy or building technology. Alternatively, you have completed an apprenticeship in one of these fields with subsequent further training as a technician or master.
• Professional experience: You have already gained experience in the field of technical building equipment? Perfect!
• Working style: Structured and self-motivated, you tackle challenges, make decisions, and find solutions – always with a view to the project goal.
• Communication style: You communicate clearly, concisely, and on an equal footing.
• Digital understanding: Handling common Microsoft-365 programs is no challenge for you.
