Senior Construction Manager (m/w/d) for Modular Building

In the Modular Building department, we combine our construction expertise with industrial manufacturing, clear processes, and modern project management. As Senior Construction Manager (m/w/d) for modular building, you will be responsible for complex construction projects – from planning to coordination to successful handover to the client.

Aufgaben

• Technical and commercial construction and project leadership for modular building projects until handover
• Creation and control of term, resource, and project schedules
• Coordination of subcontractors, specialist planners, and internal project participants
• Control of subcontractor assignments, contract processing, and change management
• Contact person for clients, authorities, and project partners during the entire construction phase
• Implementation of a structured project control (costs, deadlines, quality)
• Accompaniment of the final acceptance and organization of the clean handover

Qualifikation

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience as Construction Manager or Project Leader in modular building
• Knowledge of construction law and procedural knowledge
• Structured and self-reliant working style with a strong organizational talent
• Communication skills and confident demeanor when dealing with clients, authorities, and subcontractors
• Awareness of costs and negotiation skills
• Teamwork ability and enthusiasm for collaboration with internal specialist departments
