Project Manager (m/w/d)

The Robert Decker Immobiliengruppe has been realizing high-quality residential and commercial properties in Munich's eastern area for over 30 years. Our focus: sustainable multi-family housing construction using solid wood modules (2D & 3D) as well as classic double- and row houses made of brickwork. With short construction times, precise planning, and efficient processes, we set standards. As a Bauleiter (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the overall project management, including planning, coordination, and control of construction projects. Your tasks will include: • Project planning and coordination • Site supervision and monitoring • Budgeting and cost control • Quality assurance and compliance with regulations • Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders • Identification and resolution of potential issues and conflicts.
