Site Manager (m/w/d), Piling and Machine Operator Civil Engineering

As one of the successful companies in the industry, we are looking for a site manager (m/w/d) who can lead our construction sites with expertise and passion. As Bauleiter (m/w/d), you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects from start to finish. Your tasks will include: • Planning and coordination of construction projects, • Supervision of construction site operations, • Coordination with architects, engineers and other stakeholders, • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, • Monitoring and controlling project progress and costs. Requirements for the position: • Completed vocational training in civil engineering or a related field, • Several years of experience in construction site management, • Excellent organizational and communication skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Familiarity with MS Office and other common software tools.
