To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for demolition, earthworks, and sewer construction, effective immediately.

With over 140 employees, more than 200 machines and attachments, and over 70 excavators in daily use, we create the foundation for tomorrow's construction projects.

• Independent management and organization of construction sites in demolition, earthworks, and sewer construction
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring construction processes with regard to quality, costs, and deadlines
• Coordination of employees, subcontractors, and machinery and equipment
• Contact person for clients, authorities, and project participants
• Preparation of measurements, billing, and supplementary claims
• Documentation of construction progress
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and safety regulations

• Completed vocational training or a degree in civil engineering (e.g., civil engineer, construction technician, or master craftsman)
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a construction site manager, ideally in demolition, earthworks, or sewer construction
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• Independent and structured way of working
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with billing and calculation software.
• Driver's license class B
