Site Manager (m/w/d) Full-time

Tasks

• Sole responsibility for the execution of turnkey construction projects in high-rise building under consideration of technical, timely, and economic objectives
• Leadership of site personnel
• General contractor management
• Budget and site performance monitoring Coordination with subcontractors
• Quality control of execution, recognition and implementation of the construction plan, additional recognition and preparation,
• Accounting review, performance reporting, maintenance of the work calculation

Qualification

• A completed degree, preferably in the field ofBauingenieurwesen
  At least 5 years of professional experience as a site manager or in a comparable responsible position
• Fundamental knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines (VOB-Kenntnisse desired)
• Secure computer skills and confident handling of common applications in the construction industry (e.g. MS-Office)
• Outstandingteam spirit, higheagerness to engage and a strongquality and cost awareness
• Excellentcommunication and assertiveness skills as well as the ability to flexibly and solution-oriented react to new requirements
  Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• Analytical thinking, self-initiated, structured, and committed work style, flexibility when faced with changing task assignments, rounding out your profile
