You will take on a decisive key role in the construction site management of our high-quality residential and commercial buildings:

• You will prepare upcoming projects in advance in collaboration with the project manager, assembly manager, and specialist planners for construction, building services, and fire protection.
• Subsequently, you will accompany the construction project on site from the start of earthworks and manage the construction site until turnkey handover.
• You will coordinate, control, and monitor the individual processes on the construction site and be in constant exchange with clients, executing trades, project management, and subcontractor management.
• You will monitor and ensure all quality standards, costs, and deadlines, react to deviations at an early stage, and accept the services.

• You are a passionate construction specialist (m/f/d), know construction from the ground up and therefore possess high technical expertise.
• You have a completed degree, are a construction technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience, preferably also from solid construction.
• Your strong personality with a committed demeanor, organizational talent, diligence, and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with your strong social skills, form an ideal basis for the successful management of your construction sites.
• You are characterized by your enjoyment of working with people and a proactive approach.
• Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to travel, especially in the regions of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, complete your profile.
