To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Site Manager (m/w/d) Concrete Repair / Reconstruction at short notice for our engineering, water, and bridge construction department at the Kamem location.

What you can expect

• Responsible site management and project control in the area of concrete repair and reconstruction
• Organization and coordination of construction sites under economic, contractual, and technical aspects
• Leadership and planning of construction teams
• Quality, deadline, and cost control to ensure a smooth project flow
• Billing and supplementary management in your own responsibility

Your experiences

• A successfully completed study in the field of building or economics engineering or a vocational training in the construction industry with further education as a technician or master builder
• Several years of experience in site management and team leadership
• Familiarity with contractual regulations such as VOB and HOAI
• Communication skills, persuasion power, and teamwork
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with assertiveness
• Strategic thinking, reliability, and joy in dealing with people
• Ideal is a existing network in the industry
