Responsibilities
- Management and organization of construction sites in the field of corrosion protection
- Technical control of classic corrosion protection work on steel structures, pipelines, tank interior coatings, concrete renovation, and floor coatings
- Participation in costing and bid processing
- Execution of construction site evaluation, construction site controlling and billing, as well as additional claim management
- Control of the deployment of personnel, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitoring and execution of final acceptance according to protocol
- Point of contact for customers on site
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in the painting and varnishing trade with a specialization in corrosion protection
- Completed further training as a master craftsman in building and corrosion protection (m/f/d) is desirable or a comparable qualification
- KOR-Schein according to ZTV-ING
- Good MS Office skills
- Technical knowledge in the use of machines, equipment, and materials
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Team spirit, reliability, and confident demeanor on the construction site
- Driver's license class B required, preferably also BE, as well as willingness for assembly assignments
