Tasks

As a construction manager, you are responsible for your own projects from contract to completion.

This means specifically:

• Projects in wood module construction set you up independently – from preparation to completion.
• As a construction manager, you personally advise clients and guide them safely through all project phases.
• You clarify technical questions solution-oriented, recognize optimization potential early on – especially in procurement and execution processes.
• You coordinate internal teams and external partners – from the planning team to the craftsmen on the construction site.
• You find suppliers independently, obtain quotes, and take care of material procurement.
• You always keep quality, deadlines, and budgets under control – and intervene before it becomes critical.
• You also bring your experience actively into the development of products and processes.

Qualification

• As a construction manager in wood construction, you bring at least 10 years of professional experience in project management with – ideally in wood or modular construction.
• A technical education (HTL, FH, TU or comparable) forms your solid foundation.
• You are an organization talent with developed problem-solving skills.
• Project management is not a buzzword for you, but lived practice – even at high speed.
