As a specialized personnel consultant, we place you directly with our regional client companies as part of personnel placement (NO temporary employment).

The placement process is of course free of charge for you.

This awaits you with us:

• Construction site supervision

• Supervision of employees and subcontractors

• Coordination between project management, subcontractors, and the client

• Pre-disposition of construction materials as well as coordination and control of material delivery

• Participation in construction meetings

• Maintaining the construction log

• Preparation of the measurement list

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a refrigeration technician, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology (m/f/d) or a related trade

• Experience in the supervision of industrial plants

• Good communication skills and assertiveness

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Team player, high sense of responsibility, and independent working style

• High willingness to travel

• Management experience, especially in managing subcontractors

• At least 3 years of experience in project and construction management

• Possibly knowledge of VOB / contract law

• Driver's license class B
