Site Manager High-Rise Construction (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Leadership, accompaniment, and monitoring of all trades on your entrusted construction projects in the Nuremberg metropolitan area
• Responsibility for creating and adhering to construction schedules
• Monitoring overall costs
• Guidance of local construction companies and verification of invoices according to contracts
• Taking over the construction site with subcontractors
• Ongoing exchange with project leadership and internal planning department

Qualification

• Completed studies as a civil engineer (m/w/d), training including further education to become a building technician/master (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in construction management
• We expect experience in residential and commercial construction for this position
• Confident and self-assured demeanor
• Communication and assertiveness skills
