Tasks

• Self-responsible leadership of demanding high-rise construction projects from planning to final handover
• Steering of tendering, awarding, and construction execution under compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget
• Coordination of all trades and building partners on site – directly, efficiently, solution-oriented
• Making decisions on the construction site – with clear backing from management
• Implementation of sustainable construction projects that will shape Hamburg's cityscape in the long term

Qualification

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in self-responsible site management in high-rise construction
• In-depth knowledge of building, contract, and procurement law (VOB/BGB)
• Class B driver's license
• Communication strength, decision-making confidence, and an open approach to the team
• Structured work style, sense of responsibility, and respectful interaction with each other
