Your tasks:

• Publishing and awarding of subcontractor services
• Responsibility for the correct course of work on the construction site
• Coordination of tradespeople and colleagues in the context of construction execution
• Safeguarding of technical operations and smooth interaction of works
• Work safety and health surveillance
• Quality control and documentation of construction progress
• Acknowledgment of completed work
• Nurturing after the warranty period
• Negotiation with clients, architects, special experts, and authorities
• Preparation and control of measurements and quantity calculations in the context of tendering and accounting

Your profile:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or training as a construction technician
• If desired, you already have initial experience in site management
• Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Industry Code) and post-contract management
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Assertiveness and team skills
• High motivation and performance readiness
• Cost awareness and negotiation skills
• Class B driving license
