To strengthen our Berlin team, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Self-responsible site management of our projects within the Berlin city limits
• Steering and coordination of all trades on the construction site
• Monitoring of quality, costs, deadlines, and work safety
• Closely coordinating with architects, specialist planners, authorities, and subcontractors
• Organization and leadership of construction meetings
• Control of construction progress, invoices, and changes
• Acknowledgment of completed construction services and accompanying the project until handover

Qualification

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualification (e.g., building technician/master)
• Multiple years of experience in site management, ideally in Berlin residential construction or at challenging renovations of existing buildings
• Very good technical understanding and secure knowledge of the construction process
• Experience with dealing with authorities and approval processes in Berlin is advantageous
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Assertiveness, team spirit, and economic thinking
• Class B driver's license
