As a Construction Manager, you will be the primary point of contact on one of our construction sites and will be responsible for:

• Setup, monitoring, and control of the construction site and ongoing monitoring of construction execution
• Creation and monitoring of construction schedules and maintenance of a construction diary
• Acceptance of services (if applicable, creation of defect reports) and deliveries
• Project-related invoice review, approval, and cost control of construction execution services
• Coordination of internal and external trades for smooth collaboration within the schedule
• Technical clarification as well as awarding and controlling of subcontractor services
• Leading construction meetings with all stakeholders
• Support of project management in all operational and technical matters

This is what you build on.

• Successfully completed studies as a Civil Engineer, Architect, or comparable qualification (e.g., as a Construction Technician or Master Craftsman in the building trade)
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, especially in new construction – ideally in timber construction, modular construction, or turnkey construction
• Sound knowledge of construction law, VOB, construction technology, and construction management
• Confident use of construction software (e.g., ERP, GAEB, MS Project, Revit, Cadwork) and common MS Office applications
• Class B driver's license
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach to work
