In addition to a comprehensive service around pipe and canal renovation and cleaning, as well as inspection and testing of drainage systems (sewage treatment plants, etc.), we have developed modern technology particularly in the fields of TV inspection, leak testing, and maintenance of drainage systems. In this context, our tasks include not only professional problem-solving, but also expert consultation beforehand and regional expansion.

To strengthen our strongly growing and dynamic team, we are looking for a project manager for pipe and canal technology (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

Planning, Execution, and Documentation of Technical Work

• Responsibility for planning, execution, and documentation of TV inspections on drainage systems in accordance with DIN standards and customer requirements under compliance with legal regulations.
• Participation in pipe inspections and leak testing of sewage treatment plants.
• Support during maintenance work on drainage systems through technical expertise.
• Ensuring that project-specific requirements are met during renovation work.

Baustellenkoordination und Bauleitung

• Coordination of employees and/or contractors on the construction site.
• Construction supervision throughout the entire construction process.
• Regular site visits to control the executed measures.

Qualitäts- und Dokumentationsmanagement

• Verification of offers, invoices, and manufacturer's certificates for accuracy, compliance with standards, and consistency with project contents.
• Documentation of inspections on site, including photo documentation.
• Verification of confirmations and acceptance tests by specialized companies.

Fachliche Unterstützung und Beratung

• Technical support for colleagues in the implementation of work.
• Counseling on compliance with norms, regulations, and project-specific requirements.

Qualifikation

• You have technical understanding and bring ideally first professional experience in comparable activities. Alternatively, you possess a completed technical vocational training or further education as a technician/master in the field of pipe, canal, and industrial service, wastewater, municipal drainage, or similar qualification.
• You have experience in coordinating construction sites, employees, and contractors, as well as project supervision. You are familiar with relevant norms, regulations, and quality standards in the drainage sector.
• You work independently, organized, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented, and maintain an overview even with complex projects.
• You have good communication skills in speech and writing.
• You are confident handling digital tools and software for project planning, documentation, and quality control (e.g., MS Office). Knowledge of TV inspections, leak testing, or renovation projects is advantageous.
• You possess a Class B driver's license.
