Construction Manager FTTx (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Construction site preparation, schedule and resource planning
• Management of personnel and subcontractors
• Use of modern methods, especially horizontal directional drilling
• Documentation and reporting of construction progress
• Adherence to schedules and cost budgets as well as quality standards
• Responsibility for occupational and traffic safety
• Contact person for clients, authorities, and subcontractors

Your Profile

• Technical training and several years of professional experience in civil engineering
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Convincing know-how in construction operations
• Knowledge of VOB and regulations in civil engineering
• Independence, assertiveness, and resilience
• Negotiation skills in dealing with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Very good German language skills
