Construction Manager Flat Roof Construction - Sealing / Roofer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will be trained in the field of construction management by experienced colleagues.
• You will be responsible for the independent management of demanding flat roof construction projects – from technical clarification and compliance with VOB to successful acceptance.
• You will manage your construction site team as well as subcontractors, thus ensuring a smooth process and the highest quality standards on our construction sites in the Stuttgart region.
• You will be responsible for the cost and profit of your projects and ensure their economic success through precise controlling.
• As the central point of contact, you will maintain direct contact with our customers, architects, and suppliers, and professionally represent our company externally.
• You will actively contribute your expertise to the acquisition and calculation of new projects, thus laying the foundation for future success.

Profile

• You have a completed degree in civil engineering/architecture or an apprenticeship as a technician/master craftsman.
• You may also have professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in flat roof construction or a related trade.
• You are confident and experienced in dealing with VOB as well as with MS 365 and common construction software.
• You are characterized by an independent way of working, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness to perform.
• You possess a driver's license class B to supervise your projects in the greater Stuttgart area.
• You speak German fluently for smooth communication with all project participants.
