Site Manager

Site Manager actively involved in project management in the construction sector throughout the French-speaking Switzerland, EMCO Partenaires SA is a service company based in Crissier (VD), which provides experts in the fields of project management, site management, construction industry and support for property owners to renowned institutional, public and private customers. X is the reference partner to ensure that customers meet their financial and temporal goals throughout the process. In this context, we are looking for a Site Manager who has extensive experience in the construction sector and is familiar with the Swiss building regulations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong sense of responsibility. The tasks include: • Project management and coordination of construction projects; • Site supervision and control of construction sites; • Coordination with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders; • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and budget; • Ensuring compliance with Swiss building regulations and standards; • Maintaining good relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate should have a degree in construction management or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the construction sector. A certification in construction project management would be an asset. The working language is French, but knowledge of German and/or Italian is also desirable.
